Michelle Bigler serves as Co-Owner and Managing Broker of Bayside Real Estate Group, offering more than two decades of experience spanning real estate, investment strategy, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Her journey began not as an agent, but as a real estate investor—where she developed a sharp eye for opportunity, value creation, and long-term strategy well before earning her real estate license in 2005. That investor mindset still informs the intentional, performance-focused guidance she provides today.

Prior to launching Bayside Real Estate Group, Michelle founded and operated several successful businesses, including an advertising agency, retail boutiques, neighborhood development initiatives, and additional real estate ventures. With academic roots in psychology and marketing, she understands how people think, how properties should be positioned, and how to craft compelling narratives that resonate with buyers. Each listing is presented with a deliberate plan—combining market insight, creative vision, and strategic exposure to help clients stand out in competitive conditions.

As Managing Broker, Michelle leads a boutique team of full-time and referral agents with a steady focus on professionalism, collaboration, and exceptional service. She has built a culture centered on trust and accountability, believing that lasting success is created through consistency, strong relationships, and doing the right thing—even when it goes unseen. Her approach prioritizes quality over volume and meaningful connections over quick transactions.

Michelle is also actively engaged in residential development, particularly in thoughtfully designed new home communities. She has contributed to projects including The Verandas and The Estates at The Verandas, with additional developments progressing in Fairhope and Orange Beach. Her involvement from concept through construction, branding, and sales gives her a comprehensive understanding of the development lifecycle—enabling her to represent both buyers and sellers with clarity and confidence.

Giving back is a defining part of Michelle’s life. She is a dedicated member of IMPACT 100, supporting initiatives that create measurable change within the local community. She also serves on the board of Eastern Shore Repertory Theatre, where she champions arts education and creative opportunity. A lifelong supporter of the arts, Michelle recently performed on stage alongside her daughter, an experience she credits with reinforcing the confidence, connection, and leadership the arts inspire.

Above all, family remains at the center of Michelle’s purpose. She and her husband, Bruce, are proud to share a blended family, and her experience as a mother—particularly as an advocate for her son with special needs—has profoundly shaped her compassion, resilience, and perspective. She is committed to promoting awareness, inclusion, and understanding for the special-needs community.
